Hiruzen was not revived in prime

2. Almost back too their full power, is what Tobirama said. His jutsu will be weaker than his 70 year old version.

What I am saying is, if he was revived too full power, and back too his prime age, we could have seen prime Hiruzen. Kishi messed this one up...

Hmm. It's different when you have unlimited chakra, regeneration, and you don't tire however. The Third could use any jutsu no hesistation. So because of his state... I think in this case Edo > Prime for sure.
