Hiruzen vs tobi

i wonder what would have happened if tobi faced hiruzen instead of minato during the kyubi attack.. minato was the current hokage that time, and while its obvious that he should be the one protecting the village, hiruzen chose that task coz it was a bigger one, saving the village, and left minato on protecting kushina. just a wild question, what if minato and hiruzen switched their tasks? would tobi win against hiruzen? what do you think guys?

As minato said, you need a specific skillset to fight obito.. he can defeat just about anyone if they dont have a s/t jutsu etc
