yea we all know hiruzen is got the techs but the question is; can hiruzens attack put a scratch on the third Raikage's body?

I dont see hiruzen winning this..

Raikage is someone who went toe to toe with a tailedbeast and the only injury he inflicted that was note worthy was done by himself..

his offense his extremely powerful

his defence was great to the point he could tank a rasenshuriken..

even if hiruzen knows wind style.. considering naruto has one of the most powerful windstyled techs i dont see hiruzen being able to do much damage to him ..

the raikages speed is also shown to be great with fairly good reactions..

in all honesty we havent seen anything from Hiruzen that could put a dent in the raikage so im giving this to the 3rd Raikage
