Counters for arrows well:
Enma's protection cage still has spaces that the arrow can be guided right through. Hiruzen will have trouble dodging a sniper, Neji 360 x-ray vision had a hard time. Fire Dragon is possible, depending on how much heat the golden arrow can take and then again it very fast and powerful so it might be too late to melt it all before getting hit by it. To use Fire Dragon is to know when the attack is coming, which will be hard to find a sniper while fighting 3 other people. Doton wall will not be enough with those guided arrows due too its piercing and blunt power:

Webs?: Fire is not stopping it, Dodging is unlikely in this match up situation. If Enma blocks it he is screwed. Doton can block it.

Plenty of ways to stop it. Enma can extend his limbs as well. Kido trying to stay long range is no big deal. I do seriously pity any of the 4 that try to combat him in CQC, though. That's one of my favorite feats from Hiruzen, landing those explosive tags without being noticed by either of the hokage or Orochimaru and just blowing their limbs off.

It is a big deal in a forest and thats how he fights. Only person screwed is Sakon. But he can use his KKG strategy the same way he got Shikimaru

I also could very easily start arguing with Hiruzen using every konoha technique(not bloodline, obviously, but the elemental ones), given that is part of his hype/reputation. Then this would get even uglier.

Except it would be featless or no proof he can perform them specifically in his age.
