Not necessarily. Yes I agree that Hiruzen doesnt have any doujutsu, but just because he possess the Doujutsu doesnt mean he doesnt understand the workings of gentle fist. The only think the Byukugan does for gentle fist is allow the hyuuga's to clearly see the pathways of their opponent to know where to strike. Someone who already understands the chakra pathway system (like kabuto or tsunade) should have no problem being able to perform gentle fist without the byukugan, all they would need is for someone to teach them the fighting stly itself. Much like how Might Guy taught lee Strong fist, and how Fukasaku taught naruto Frog Kata. The fighting styles itself can be taught, but without sage mode in the case of Naruto with frog kata, and being able to see the chakra pathway system with byakugan for gentle fist it would be useless. For someone like Kabuto, Tsundae, and Hiruzen (who is said to have mastered every type of jutsu which would include medical ninjutsu) it would still be possible without the byakugan since they already have expert understanding of chakra pathway systems.

With sasori controling the iron sand, he will only be able to focus on one enemy at a time with it. Hiruzen cloning himself will put a disadvantage on sasori, as 5 hiruzen's and enma's on the battle field would be too much for him to try to focus all his attention on. One of the clones will come thru his blind spot and take him down. In the maga you could see that sasori's main focus was on sakura the whole time. The only time he focused on attacking twice at one time was when they were beside each other. Even when he uses World Method, only sakura was trapped, Chiyo was outside of in.

And sakura was easily able to kill the 3rd kazekage by playing possum. Something Hiruzen could easily do.
Hiruzen mastery of Kage Bushin allows him to make a couple clones and fight like the real one.
Doton Wall > Any and all Sasori projectiles Futon Blasts > Blows any posion gas away Katon+Futon Blast > Any and all puppets Shuriken Shadow Clone > Cuts all puppet strings off Enma > Decimates everything in Sasoris arsenal
His elemental jutsu get tanked by a wall of Iron Sand first off so whoever posted that picture's a fool
Second Sasori's puppets are alot more evasive and agile then old hiruzen... Not to mention the can fly... Not that it matters CQC isn't needed here? Enma may be able to knock about the large chunks of IS but he cant flat out defend Hiruzen from Sasori's smaller variants with a wider range.... Nor will it help against Word Order.... If Hiruzen does decide to go in for the kill Sasori has so much in its arsenal that at close range is near impossible to dodge.
Despite being a huge Sasori fanboy, I must say that Hiruzen mostly likely wins:
Enma is made of "adamantine" so it isn't metal and the third kazekage can't control it. The facto that it can fight even in staff form means that a lot of the puppets will be obliterated.
Hiruzen mastery with bijuu sized techniques will play a huge role as well...
