Hiruzen stands no chance. Whether Sasori would even be forced to get out of Hiruko is quite debatable, and if by some ridiculous chance Hiruzen manages to push him far enough, the Satetsu will create a sieve out of him.

Hashirama>Sasori, this is something everyone knows, I don't need to explain this further. However, Hiruzen has been canonically stated to be stronger than Hashirama, so it's just logical to say that he's above Sasori too.
