we saw this fight. oro basically won. hiruzen overpowered and deflected his kusanagi. enma tried to attak and oro wrapped him up in snakes. hiruzen tried stealing his soul. oro made his sword float and pierced hiruzens back. if he aimed for hiruzens head, its over.

You do know the only reason hiruzen was unable to pull Oro's soul out was because he didn't have the strength.

If Hiruzen didn't have to waste chakra on dealing with the edo kages i'm sure he would of been able to pull Oro's would out completely.
