Hiruzen ftw...but I honestly have no idea how one goes about killing Orochimaru. Unless you've got something that can send him to another dimension or seal him away completely(which Hiruzen does have the 2nd, but A. it's only a stalemate then, and B. would anyone really be surprised if Orochimaru was sealed by Shiki Fuujin but still found a way out, just because he's Orochimaru?), I think you're shit out of luck. He can tank hits from bijuu, including a bijuu bomb(albeit he took some of the hit away with Rashomon, but still), so I doubt elemental attacks will do much more than just piss him off. Orochimaru is just too OP.

Unless you're Itachi(or a skilled sharingan genjutsu user) how do you defeat a healthy Orochimaru WITHOUT killing him/sealing him/sending him away??

Orchimaru hasn't really been killed off, to kill him you need to kill all the people who have curse marks and all that.

Lord Orochimaru is Awesome, But without edo tensei he cant defeat Hiruzen Sarutobi.
