Didn't Ay 3rd and Ay 4th demonstrate that Fuuton attacks don't effect their lightning armor? Plus Hiruzen doesn't have the speed to keep up with Ay. Only Minato and Naruto have out paced Ay. Sasuke used his MS to dodge one attack but was caught and body slammed for his trouble.

Ay (4th Raikage) never encountered a Fuuton attack, and when 3rd Raikage was struck by Naruto's Rasenshuriken his lightning armor was removed.

Hiruzen doesn't know about Jinton. It's a secret technique of the Iwa village. Hiruzen allegedly knows all the jutsu of the Leaf, but not other villages. As Ohnoki told Shikaku and Tsunade; only a jinton user can fight another jinton user. Kekkei Tota spanks the monkey.

Clearly Jinton users arnt the only onlys who can fight and defeat other jinton users since both Naruto and 2nd Mizukage defeated Muu, and Madara and Zetsu defeated Onoki

If he shoots lightening he dodges it. Since it travels in a straight line. Although i knew you would say he'd use lighting the moment i mentioned Rock golem. So if he shoot lighting Oonoki dodges and preforms Jinton. If he shoots fire or other elements Rock golem plus clones strategy happens.

With 4 clones, i don't see oonoki dodging all the elements. plus theres multiple shuriken jutsu both large and small. enma could engage oonoki in cqc too.
