Hiruzen was hyped by Kabuto to be the strongest Kage at the time of his death. However, that was before any of the other Kage (bar the Yondaime Kazekage) were introduced. Would the aging Sandaime Hokage and Enma even be able to touch the Sandaime Tsuchikage?

I'm not so sure about this, they seem to have at least fought each other once. What do you guys think?
