Hiruzen rapes so hard he'll be on Men's weekly's cover for the whole year.

Jiraiya's chakra is so through the roof it's not even funny. We're talking about a guy that can casually summon Gamabunta whereas a kid Naruto ( that can make 1000 clones and has chakra 4 times higher than Kakashi ) needed the Kyuubi's chakra to summon him.

i.e. a fraction of Jiraiya's chakra >>> Naruto's chakra as a kid >= Kakashi's chakra * 4

The only way Danzo wins is by outlasting opponents and Hiruzen with Jman's chakra ain't getting outlasted.

Because Hiruzen will see Danzos arm with all the sharingan. Intel is manga so Hiruzen would already have intel on it anyway. When Danzo uses it Hiruzen will sense the dip in his chakra like Karin did and make feints to be safe.

Hiruzen does not have intel on Danzo's sharingan/hashirama arm. :|
