Bee w/o samehada and without hachibi smashes hiruzen. His speed is too much for hiruzen to handle nd hiruzen hasnt displayed anything to take down bee. Lariat takes him out.

Hiruzen has shown nothing that can put Bee down except RDS which may not work due to Bee being a jinchuriki and having too much chakra for Hiruzen to completely seal away. Hiruzen can't counter eight tails whirlwind or TBBs.
