Unlimited chakra isn't the reason that Edo Hiruzen is able to keep step with Tobirama. The edo tensei gets rid of the old age drawbacks.

Plus, Old Hiruzen was keeping up with Orochimaru who has a 4.5 in speed. Which means that even an old, dying Hiruzen is faster than part 2 Sakura.

What is this scan supposed to be showing me? i see them landing. If your trying to say that he kept up with them Tobirama had too use FTG on everyone so your speed feats claim is false. In your logic ASF are as fast as KM naruto because they were running only meters behind him

It was shunshin, not FTG. Edo Hiruzen simply kept up with 2 top tier speedsters.
