even if he has a barrier, oro will break it. ino mind transfers to tsunade after oros many hidden shadow snake hands hold her down.
mei will probably use her suitons and lava to hold off hiruzen in a duel. we dont know what prime hiruzen can do. so you saying hes in his prime is worthless.
anko has her twin snake asssination which nearly got oro if not for him using a clone. so she should be able to hit tsunade with it after ino makes her form the seal for it. then ino goes back to her own body and goes into that of manda's so manda wont betray team 2.
with shedding skin and subtrannean burrowing, manda will easily take hiruzen off guard and crush him.
sakura and karin will basically be batteries for oro and mei. with tsunade taken down by ino and anko she cant help them anymore.
Ino/manda and oro will be able to handle hiruzen together. remember he still has hydra mode, formation of ten thousand snakes, true form snake mode, and insane regeneration/attack prevention techniques.
even if hes last man standing, he and his snake summons could probably handle kakuzu if mei eventually falls.
