Okay, I used to be a huge Tobirama fan before hardly anyone, now everyone is all "Lord Tobirama I love you and your FTG". I believe that hiruzen will be revealed to be strong as well. There was one point in the show where they actually said that he was the strongest hokage of all. He's probably not the strongest but I believe he is better than what we have seen. Also if he is, I called it, and I also have dibs on him as my character.
The 3rd will get his turn no doubt but I doubt he will be anywhere near the hasihrama because few people of this era of konoha knew how powerful hasihrama really was. Same with tobirama, alot of time passed when the 3rd was in power. I think the 3rd will reveal his proess to be better than minato and close to tobirama.

also plz understand that izuka was the one saying the 3rd is "said" to be the strongest hokage. But when the 3rd fought the 1st at the start of the series he quickly said the frist's powers hasnt faded one bit.
The 3rd knows what hes talking about and Izuka doesnt. also orocihmaru said to he was toying with the 3rd during their battle with the 1st and 2nd hokage.
So plz read between the lines and stop saying crap like kishi decided to change the story and other like crap. The point is if read the manga probably the 3rd was never really regarded as the strongest hokage and that left room for kishi to make tobirama and hasihrama this powerful.
ALso have we forgotten orocihmaru was using the senju borthers the frist time and didnt allow them to fight the way they want. You know why because they wouldnt fight their student to kill if it was left to him. Now its differernt they are facing the uchiha.
SO plz read stop talking about this "3rd is the strongest" when he clear;y isnt and never intended to be.
