Yes, they teleported at the same time! HOWEVER I was NOT talking about that. I am talking about on how Hiruzen landed, but did you saw any difference between Minato and Hiruzen's speed of light? Yeah, they teleported at the same time, even though it looks like Hiruzen LANDED in an instant. Look at the colour of Minato's clothes when he landed on his kunai, it looks like a mistake or something, same as Tobirama, like shadow.
