The only reason he defeated both The 1st and the 2nd at the same time was because they were being controlled by Orochimaru who had no idea of their true powers at that time. Hell, I dont think even Kishi had dreamt of a sage mode and a huge Buddha Statue summon for Hashi at that time.

Hashirama alone could easily own Hiruzen. Tobirama could maybe hold his own, but Im not sure. But Hashirama definitely blows Hiruzen out of the water.

Hiruzen soloed a low level summoned Edo Hashirama and Edo Tobirama. I would like to see what he can do against full powered Prime Edo Hashirama and Prime Edo Tobirama.

To use all the jutsus, he must have chakra enough to do them. He can't use all the jutsus at once even if he has the knowledge about them. Otherwise we would have seen in Part 1.

Anyways, that was because Orochimaru had each of their's consciousness fully restrained.
If Hashirama would've been in his minds, just as when Orochimaru revived him again, he would've broken the restraint so easily even before us blinking once!
Also, Hiruzen had to but die to win, and still couldn't beat Orochimaru!
