maybe it has something to do with tobirama knowing edo tensei and make it acitve again on himself.
or turning something into nothing- ability only gets perfect when obito took control of juubi.

It didn't, but it's obvious. Tobirama was hit by the exact same version Hiruzen was hit with and he regenerated. Hiruzen is totally fine.
