Hiruzen Sarutobi's strength according to the data book questions

I usually just lurk around in here and read pointless thread after pointless thread about who is strongest?????? anyway. I was on narutowiki and found something of interest to me.

Databook

Ninjutsu = 5
Taijutsu = 5
Genjutsu = 5
Intelligence = 5
Strength = 3
Speed = 3
Stamina = 3
Hand seals = 5
Total = 34

Now this is the data from when he was way past his prime. It is said, that in his prime he had massive amounts of chakra reserves, which i would assume would give him a 5 in that category (stamina). Now, lets just be conservative and give him a 4 for strength and speed and his new data book info would read......

Ninjutsu = 5
Taijutsu = 5
Genjutsu = 5
Intelligence = 5
Strength = 4
Speed = 4
Stamina = 5
Hand seals = 5
Total = 38

This is of course assuming that he had 5's for the rest of his stats in his prime as well in his old age. Which would put him well ahead of anyone else in the data book, right?

Now, wouldnt this make him the strongest (according to Kishi) and the naruto world. I am also aware that there are special tools such as Itachi's Sword of Totsuka or Obito's space time jitsu that change things but all that aside, wouldnt this be right, or atleast real close to right?

No offense but the data book kinda sucks and doesnt really represent strength in the narutoverse

hiruzen is efficient in all forms of jutsu knows all of the jutsu within konoha and had high chakra meaning he could use the 8 gates and most likely even ftg seeing as though minato tough people between hiruzens two reigns as hokage

mudd clones and telescope technique also make him just about invinceble plus shiki fuujin no one can win against a character like him

The data databook is official and is made by kishi you cannot dispute that you can however dispute his second number as he made them himself but not the data book that is ridiculous you might as well not listen to whatever kishi says anymore then

minato the 4th hokage taught his technique to a squad of ninja higher ups in konoha who are currently using the jutsu.

hiruzen was the 3rd and 5th hokage who learned all jutsu within konoha.

this still gives me no reason to believe that hiruzen is the strongest....... i honestly think he is a weak kage. Yet, ppl keep using his "prime" to state how strong he is. But we have never been shown wat he was during his prime so that thought is just abstract. And then, there are some ppl who say that if he was edo, then he'll be super strong. He might be , but to compare him with the other kages that were revived, i say he still weak. Even Tsunade is a better kage than hiruzen. She is stronger, and if u just compare wat she has done so far since becoming kage, she is on a more different level than her own teacher.

well, i give you that we just dont know because we havent seen much of all the hype around him. i mean, look at edo madera, it looks like (up to this point) that he has crushed 5 kages with seemingly little problem. that would make him off the charts in the data book. he would have to be like total of 50 or something lol.

but i was just meaning according to the data book. if you read my last sentence, i address that.
