I know there are manga facts that say Hiruzen was the strongest kage and all but my biggest problem with that is we have seen NOTHING from him to suggest he was so powerful jutsu wise I get that he is old and all but even so if he was as powerful as he was hyped up to be he could have curb stomped Orochimaru no difficulty...now that I go n look him up he wasent even that old only 69
I say the first is stronger yes yes we havent seen much of him either but for the simple fact we know he defeated Madara + Kyuubi and how OP his wood release seems to be speak for itself

Hizuren reputation might be hype but in the narutoverse but he was no doubt was one of the strongest ninja ever in his prime. There is no arguing with a fact. he let minato handle the kurama because he was the hokage and plot duh

Even in his old age, his chakra was noted for being very strong, causing a dense effect on the atmosphere when released; furthermore, he was known for having immense reserves of chakra in his youth. He was also the longest living and longest reigning Hokage. Hiruzen also had keen senses, being able to track down the former Hokage under Hashirama Senju's Bringer-of-Darkness Technique.
Hiruzen was also called The Professor, due to his mastery of all forms of shinobi combat, and his vast knowledge of techniques, purportedly knowing all the techniques within Konoha.

you are right, in my eyes hiruzen is strongest shinobi. after the sage. people just dont understand that if kishimoto said he is strongest dead shinobi then by all means all mighty he is the strongest dead shinobi.
