Hey Nexus, I was wondering if I could get your permission to add the Reaper Death Seal to the Hiruzen bio I submitted. I had it on my Hiruzen bio from like two years ago and I think I had gotten yours and Xylon's permission for it. Since that was a while ago I figured I would need to ask again.

Its listed under the fuuinjutsu list, so I guess those rules. I fit all the requirements to learn fuuin and have some training in it, though Scarface bailed before finishing it. >.>
