Wrong, in the battle against the 1st and the second..
Hashi didn't even use his wood dragon, kenjutsu skills, tree world etc.. and tobirama didn't even use his space time. The third knew he had no hope as he even said in the manga and had to use RDS it was the only way
Also the hokages wasn't even fighting how they would they just charged and countered they didn't even care about their bodies, why? Because oro was controlling them and knew they couldn't die so he toyed with hiruzen

What a load of crap. Obviously the characters did not use jutsu Kishi hadn't invented for them yet.

Point? Why didn't he use those abiltiies? because kishi most liekly never thought of them yet... there is a obvious difference in part 1 jutsu compared to part 2... that only means kishi upped the power scale, which means ALL participants in that fight would have gotten reworked if kishi was to redo that fight now.. Tobirama would use his s/t, etc etc... hiruzen would be given an ability or something worthy of a hokage..

Very true, but against the kyuubi kishi once again gave hiruzen nothing. Cased close. Kishi let minato handle it.

If you believe the manga in part 1 than yeah he was. If you use factual events seen in the manga he was at best 3rd strongest behind hashi and minato. Still I think kishi may even want us to get the impression that he was stronger than him I am not entirely sure.

what can anyone without sharingan/rinnegan, moukouton or fuinjutsu do against a full 100% kyuubi?
With his eyes, sasuke can tame and amaterasu a wild kyuubi , Kabuto can't... Does that mean sasuke > kabuto
no sir, naruto does not work that way... Minato can't beat the kyuubi in a 1v1 fight...he was a master of fuinjutsu and could seal it meaning he was one of the few people in the world perfect for going against a bijuu...
If you think that means, Minato > Every ninja who can't defeat kyuubi... then idk what to say to you... because nagato probably can't beat a 100% kyuubi.. yet he would still slaughter minato..
And when nagato fought kyuubi.. that was actually a fight.. he was going toe to toe with it trying to defeat it and render it unconscious , not just seal or tame
