Hiruzen Sarutobi / 3rd Hokage underrated?

He's the jack of all trades(aka he's extremely versatile), but he lacks a single OP jutsu that all the top tiers have such as jinton,bijuu bombs, wood dragons,kamui,amaterasu etc(unless you count the suicide rds.....)

Thats very hard to say as we haven't seen prime Hiruzen.
We have seen some feats from old dude Hiruzen.
He was way better in his prime..

Dude have you not seen all the Hirizen fanboys saying that he's stronger than Hashirama,or that he can beat Juubi Jin madara?They take this hype thing way too far,hype that's been retconned, and if anything Hiruzen is overrated.
