Hiruzen does posses 4 Rinnegan-feats.
1) Able to read and analyze any jutsu/anything he see, just like a Rinnegan user)
2) Able to use every Jutsu
3) Able to master the "Five Elements"
4) Hiruzen being "Ultimate Being" for being able to master Tens of thousdans of jutsu, and able to see the colours.

Prime Hiruzen got the potential to beat current Madara.

Anyway, your logic is flawed. I never claimed that EMS was better, I just said it's the Sharingan's ability to read, predict and analyse not the Rinnegan. The distinct abilities of the Rinnegan are manipulating gravity, absorbing souls, controlling life and death, summons and mechanical weaponry.

The Sharingan's ability is the insight, genjutsu, copying ninjutsu/taijutsu and then of course the Mangekyou provides one, two or three extra abilities.

Besides, you're comparing EMS Sasuke to Rinnegan SM Hashirama DNA Madara.
