Where did you get this idea? At the very most, if you are judging by the "God of Shinobi" title, then he is equal to Hashirama who held the same title. Even then, other characters like SO6P, Juubito, and Kaguya are canonically way stronger.

Yes, but the idea is a good one. It separates what was actually made by Kishimoto himself from what the people who make the anime decide to throw in there. If every episode was considered canon, there would be a lot of things that just don't add up. Like in that one filler episode in part 1 where Minato was seen walking around in a building.

He doesn't, the animators have their own rights to the naruto franchise so they can create anything they want as long as it doesn't violate copyright laws [eg. changing names of characters].

OT: He only gets feats if we get a manga flashback [which isn't that unlikely in all honesty]. Then we can finally put this "prime" nonsense to rest. U_U

What you're saying is invalid because fillers don't change the story at all, They are called fillers for a reason. Everbody knows that they are non-canon.
