hiruzen not so strong....

he is among my favourite characters...but the hype of hiruzen makes me go to rage against the hiruzen worshippers....
so if hiruzen was too great as said he would have sealed or defeated the kyuubi that time rather than letting minato fight against it....all he did was to remove a big pole(i actually don't know what that is),,,,,,, and just made kyuubi go back a few steps,,,,

and why was we all sweat up when fighting with orochimaru and the three caskets were put toward's him he let two casket open but not of minato because he knew he would be defeated......


in my opinion he might have been in his prime because there was his long extendable pole and the monkey king adn with fire techniques and no abled enemies and the death soul reaper(correct me if wrong),,,he could be called the god easily it was just his luck he was in the time when they were no powerful anough whi knew enough techniques to match him

last i checked,hiruzen was an old man when the kyubi came and minato was the hokage,whose job was it to save the village?.

Minato was on shiki fujin,there was no way oro would have summoned him,and should hiruzen have let all 3 caskets open naturally?

He outwitted tobirama and hashirama as edos when he was an old man,last i checked,3rd raikage,onoki etc all lived around his lifetime,and he was still called the god of shinobi and the strongest hokage above the likes of hashi and minato.

1. You cannot defeat the kyuubi, You can only Seal/Supress it's chakra.
Minato was most likely better than hiruzen at sealing Techs because he was taught by kushina (An Uzumaki). It was Hiruzens job to Delay the kyuubi to wait for Minato to help seal it again.

2. Of course he would be worried about fighting 3 Hokages, He was 69 years old for god sake, He was Past him prime. None of the hokage could defeat Oro + 3 Edo kages.

3. You Forget about Hiruzens mastery of the shinobi arts and being the only person to ever get all 5's in all 3 of the main shinobi arts, Nin/Tai/Gen, While in his prime He most likely has a perfect score of 40.
A Man who is said to have over 1000 Genjutsu's alone, Able to use all jutsu's that existed in the leaf during his prime.

Befor making a thread about hiruzen, you should know what your talking about.

If we look strictly at part 1 feats and the jutsus that old Hiruzen displayed to us, he is low kage level. If we apply power scaling from parts 1 and 2, he is mid kage level. Based on logical assumptions, speculation and hype, Hiruzen is high kage level.
