Old guys mid-high diff.
Mainly due to Danzo though.
Hinata is useless in above chuunin level matchups; she is not even comparable to most of her peers when it comes to combat. She can be a matter of distraction to create an oppening.
Neji or Shino are strong among their generation; but not enough to kage level opponents (who can have 10 lives in their sleve); but they can still do something to pose threat.
Hiashi is low kage level imo; not that far behind guys like Kakashi and Gai. But not enough to take on these guys with the help of 2 jounin level and 1 chuunin level ninja. But he would give a fight-along with the jounin level ones.
