Not bad but I would like to point some things out.
First off whether u want to believe it or not its been stated that hiruzen was stronger than hashirama and he defeated hashiram.
Second how can muu be a top ten and not the mizukage that he battle multiple times but never defeated?
Finally how is kabuto on this list n if u say cuz of his edo army I would have to say then u should replace him with oro considering the fact he had always been oro pawn n more than likely got the majority n his best Edos from oro.

Hiruzen didn't even think he could stand up to Orochimaru, even before Edo Tensei was included:

How is Hiruzen superior to Muu? Or EMS Madara?

When I'm talking about strongest ninja I don't consider Edos n here is why. Edos are being control always. It may be them but at the same time its not them. But nagato is stronger than ems madara.
Now whether u want to believe it or not hiruzen did defeat the senju brothers n it was them cuz the recognize him n apologized after.
N finally like I said before I go by the info given to use not what I perceive is happening. The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence. I know you might be kind of slow so ill break that down for you. Just cuz hiruzen hasn't shown us anything god like doesnt mean he wasn't god like. It just mean he didn't witness it.

Judging by feats, the moves Madara is currently demonstrating add to Hashiramas' arsenal, increasing his firepower. With Hashiramas' overall jutsu, Hiruzen can not compete with him.

Secondly, while the second Mizukage and Muu both perished in their battle, Muu is able to defeat more people than the Mizukage. In a top ten list, this is what you must look for. Since Muu is able to defeat more people, I saw it fitting to place him on my list. As you know, ABC logic doesn't work.

Thirdly, I'm not talking about Kabutos' edos. They're long gone. I'm talking about his DSM and Taka DNA, plus some bonuses for the sound 4. With this, he can become a handful for anyone.

Iruka says "it was said", making it a rumour, and not actually true. It also says nothing about being the strongest hokage. Iruka is unreliable to say the least.

Hiruzen isn't Top 10, neither is Hanzo.

I wouldnt say that Hanzo beat the Sannins in there prime. Jiraiya didnt use Sage-mode either because he couldnt get the time or he hadnt learned it yet. Orochimaru only grew stronger with time as he learned more jutsus and ended up with creating the body shredding technique.
