Did you forget the fact that Hashi was like at 10 percent, and nowhere near his full strength? Plus the fact that he didn't use SM, The Buddha, Wood Dragon, or any other of his best Jutsus?

Did Hashi learn every jutsu in konoha?

No but his clan is a clan of a thousand jutsu who learnt every form of fighting and hashi was the leader meaning he must have probably known alot of jutsu (and i believe some of the scrolls hiruzen had he got from hashirama?)
