Hiruzen is the strongest Hokage, manga said so

So, I keep seeing this everywhere in the Hiruzen threads. I have a simple question: Can someone please show me where the manga says so? And please not of that "It was said" nonsense because that doesn't confirm anything.

Notes:

1. This isn't a Hiruzen vs anybody thread, but a simple request. If you start saying "Hiruzen is stronger than XYZ", then you're just friggin' stupid.

2. If you are sick of Hiruzen threads, just leave. I don't give a damn if you hate the fact that this thread was made and bitching about it won't get rid of the thread or stop it from ever being made in the first place.

I like all the Hokages for their range of different styles, although we haven't seen enough proof of Tobirama and Hashi who gets reputation points from Madara..
