Although hiruzen had the longest seat as hokage he also had the worst. 1. Let danzo and elders run all over him 2. Let the uchiha*_* massacre happen. 3. Let ninetails kill 4th hokage 4. Let naruto grow up alone and almost turned evil ( even though hes the son of a good friend!) 5. Sent itachi to "spy" on akatsuki. 6. Failed to kill orochimaru the first time they fought. 7. Let orochimaru destroy konoha and instead of dealing with him when he first found out he was there. 8. Had danzo doing most of his work for him.

This is such a fail post. The third hokage was recognized as the strongest kage at the time of his death in addition to already being renowned as a God of Shinobi. From the 1st Shinobi war to the 3rd he fought and protected the village. Seems like he did a lot more than Hashirama and Tobirama ever could of.

this is just.....Hiruzen didn't let Minato die, he wasnt the current hokage then, it was minato.. He defended the village from oro, the only thing oro managed to do was to kill some fodders and he lost his arms. The only reason Danzo did so many things was because he did it behind Hiruzens back...Uchiha massacre needed to happen otherwise it would have been a coup.
