Honestly both Hiruzen and Orochimaru were out of the manga panels for quite long, so maybe they were plotting/schemming or even preparing something to shock us when they will be brought back on panel.

Honestly I believe Orochimaru will make Hiruzen back to his prime age and Hiruzen will shows his full power as prime.

I believe Orochimaru is going to save Sasuke or help Hiruzen in his DSM while Prime Hiruzen will fuse with King Enma and shows new powerfull techniques in that state.
