We all doubt em but how his feats are he is pretty strong. He was probably like 68-69 years old facing a possibly prime Oro who killed the sands Kage. He basically won that fight taking his ninjutsu making him useless. Sealed BOTH the water out Kages who were actually quite strong. I mean who could have done that in the Leaf Village at the time maybe Jiraiya but still.

Hiruzen: because when a 60 year old msn fights the watered down 1st and 2nd Hokage (who were still OP) and basically prime Orochimaru and manages to literally **** over Orochimaru by taking his ninjutsu (rendering him nearly useless). And more so Hiruzen was said to be the strongest of his time

Hiruzen: 3rd Raikage, 3rd Mizuksge, Oonoiki (younger so stronger), and the 3rd Kazekage

Those guys are freaking haaxed as shit.

And if you only count those in charge during the story... A 60 year old man beats if you count the Kage during the time of the story line: Gaara's dad, Yagura/Mei (2 KKG and a perfect Jinjuriki), Ay, and Oonoiki

So yes he's strong.

Juubito fodderized Tobirama and hashirama (clone) instantly, Sasuke would get fodderized instantly if juubito wanted to do so.
