look old hirzuen would lose to hashirama, but would put up a good fight, but if you notice when oro had the first and 2nd under control, hiruzen was able to fight equal to both of them that proves hes really a god of shinobi, so you see if you shave off years of his age when he was in his prime then yeah. plus even emba his monkey summon said that this was "miserable" compared to his prime that shows alot
