Not really. As Uchihas are known to have a natural affinity for Katon attacks. Quite obvious too, given their ability to literally dig into the ground or break through concrete, or travel in over-whelming waves.

Amaterasu eats all forms of Chakra, so I wouldn't discuss it here, as it's the ultimate Katon attack.
