but yes agreed he most likely knows all of the 'villages' jutsu however those that were made by certain characters or jutsu that belonged to a certain clan he wouldnt no imo ...

hiruzen cant use ransegan or chidori nor can he use FTG or any clan techs... only the techs that were in the scrolls apart from the forbidden jutsu's since it seemed he had high respect for them

I hate that everyone believes that Hiruzen can knows and can perform every technique in the Leaf Village. It's not like he could go around using 8 Trigrams 64 Palms, or Susano'o. Even in knowledge, those types of techniques, he wouldn't have complete knowledge of.

He knows every tech. Nobody said he could preform every tech. For him to do that he would have to have all five elemental affinities and both ying and yang affinities. Only sosp has all of that. Not even pain showed all of that.

Now can he see the points hell no but he may have enough knowledge of the humanbody to use it to some extent
