1-Hanzo used summons;
2-Nidaime Mizukage used his summon;
3-Nagato used lots of summonings.

That is not true, Enma can be summoned, go back and read the manga, u will see that Mizukage did a summon, so did Nagato even seven swords men had to resummon their weapons. I wonder what the 1st and 2nd hokage summonings are and even madara himself.

If the kuchiyose is bound by contract, it can be summoned. I hope you know that Nidaime summoned his clam.
