hiruzen can unlock sasunoo

I think hiruzen saratubi can unlock sasunoo and he also can use amatarsu because :

1) madara did it without eyes ..
2) hiruzen already mastered all Konoha's jutsu including uchiha's jutsu ..

it was theory but now it became a manga fact that he can use it ..
