Hiruzen can potentially use multiple KKG

Hiruzen can now after displaying his ability to use ALL 5 elements, can now create KKG on an external level. Note this is hypothetical yet very possible since he can use all 5 elements. Who needs a rinnegan when you got hiruzen.

Examples.

Lava release. He can merge fire and earth to create lava.

Boil Release: By mixing fire and water, he can now create a hot vapour. (although it'll kill him but still)

Storm release: By using Wind, Water, and Lightening, he can now create a ridiculous storm.

He could even create new KKG. Examples could be.

Firestorm: Merging wind and fire to create a firestorm hiroshima style.

Bullet style: By using wind style and earth style he can power small rocks towards enemies at high velocities.

Fireball style.: By combining earth and fire he can create fireballs (like he did in the anime)

Boiled water: Hiruzen heats up the water with weak fire style and covers people in it.

Literally the list can go on and on now that he's displayed the use of five styles.

Combining the elements is what KKG users do to create a new element. Back when Yamato showed Naruto Wood style, he stated the earth comes from one hand and water from the other to create a new element. By that logic hiruzen could do the same.

this all true and fine but you FORGOT about small detail: you have to have special dna which alliw you to combine and use two or more elements which is nothing more then kkg or kkt. Hiruzen can use powerfull combination of five elements but he is incappable of fusing them to get new element unless kishi decides to screw earlier set rules to his world. Basically it depends if kishi still use logic or throw it out of window lol.

You can't just create Kekkei Genkai, only through special circumstances can you attain it, most of them (if not all of them) are genetic traits. The Uchiha attain the Sharingan when a special chakra is released from the brain after a traumatic experience and that chakra is filtered through the optical nerve which gives you the sharingan, the eye that reflects feelings (as Tobirama stated).
