When Hiruzen used the Shiki Fujin, the demon of the seal noticed something about Hiruzen. Thus why she curiously glared at Hiruzen (bottom panel).

This did not happen when Minato used the Shiki Fujin, nor did it happen when Orochimaru summoned the demon.

The demon gave no fucks about Orochimaru and certainly gave no fucks about Minato.

But apparently, Hiruzen somehow interests the demon.

This must mean that there is something unique about Hiruzen that Minato and Orochimaru do not have. Hiruzen has something that interests the demon.

It's blatantly obvious that Kaguya is the demon of the jutsu, so what possible relation does Kaguya and Hiruzen have?

Maybe Hiruzen is the incarnation of Hagoromo? It would explain a lot considering that old Hagoromo does indeed have uncanny similarities with old Hiruzen.

No, just no. This was the first time the seal was used if I am not mistake. ( As in, it was the first time we saw it. ) Kishi had probably not decided anything about the seal at this time, he may have simply done this so he can use it later on if he needed. But the way the story is going, he won't need it and it will just fall out of the story completely. It also may be that the Reaper was a little surprised on who summoned her. Also, the theory about Kaguya is still only a likely theory. It won't be a fact before its directly said in the manga.

Then why is Hiruzen on the battlefield ..?

While Hagoromo's soul is inside of Naruto and Sasuke ..

/thread ..
Hagoromo's soul isn't inside of Naruto and Sasuke. He is connected to all chakra that flows through everyone, that is what he explained. He is technically inside of every single shinobi in the world. Another thing, Naruto is the reincarnation of the younger son while Sasuke is the reincarnation of the older son. Obito is most likely the reincarnation of Hagoromo and Madara is the reincarnation of Hagoromo's brother.

No writer plans the entire story from the start, but what they do is that the leave out loose ends in certain areas of the story. Such as Hagoromo was and have been used several times as a loose end. Kishi probably didn't intend for Madara to even be the villain, he may have intended something else. That is why he created a masked villain that named himself Madara, so he could decide it later.

It was hovering above Hiruzen and looking sideways so it wasn't looking at Hizuzen so someone might have caught its attention but it wasn't Hiruzen.

That's all your speculation. Every mangaka has to send their plans to their publishers before they publish.

Like I said, Madara planned out chapters 637-657 all the way from chapter 4. That is mere evidence that Kishimoto has indeed planned out his story.

Whats funny is your trying to make something out of nothing just to give Hiruzen some credit which your basing off total bullshit.

Just no.

What I can give to Hiruzen as credit is how irrelevant he is to the latest chapter.

Oh wait, so Madara is a real person now, and he is writing the manga? ( I never knew! ) Also, what proof do you have that Madara was planned since chapter 4?

Since when was I talking about Madara? I was talking about Obito.

Kakashi in chapter 4, "lost his friend in a war, his name was then carved on the stone monument". Gee I wonder who that person is.

I have no idea what you are even talking about now, you were talking about Madara and now you are saying you aren't. Here is a quote from you, I will bold out the parts of interest:

You said Madara, you also said that Madara planned out the chapters of 637-657, not Kishimoto. ( So indeed, you were talking about Madara and you did say that Madara created the manga or at least 20 chapters. ) Now, about what Kakashi noted in the 4th chapter. It may have been a reference to anyone actually, Kishi may not have intended it to be Obito to start with. If you don't remember, then all of Kakashi's team was dead at the time. Kishi had three different characters to pick who that person should be. It could be Obito, Minato or Rin.

Bad words, I meant Kishimoto. (obviously)

As for the other thing, it doesn't disprove anything. Minato died during the Kyuubi invasion. (obviously) Whether Kakashi was talking about Obito or Rin doesn't matter because chapters 637-657 was all about Obito and Rin.

Im glad im not the only one who thing the sage showed some resemblance to hiruzen. I thought that was weird.

And I also agree that the Death Reaper is probally Kaguya or the sages brother.
