Hiruko (卑留呼, Hiruko) was a missing-nin of Konohagakure who wished to plunge the world into a Fourth Shinobi World War, and then conquer it. Though he was born with no natural special abilities, Hiruko compensated by using the Chimera Technique, a kinjutsu which he developed, allowing him to obtain physical abilities, such as Kekkei Genkai, by integrating the bodies of other ninja with his own. Some time after the Third Shinobi World War, Hiruko's research and findings on the technique were discovered. He claimed the Third Hokage ordered the Sannin to assassinate him, forcing him to leave the village as a missing-nin.

- The bio is able to start with any none Tier 4 and up KG or AE. Should the user have already gained access to a KG or AE, he is able to start with this ability in place of another starting KG/AE but only one of these can be chosen and Doujutsu are excluded.
- The user can absorb any combination of Advanced Elements ( such as Ice, Lava, Scorch, Blast, etc ) and Kekkei Genkei ( Tenseigan for Custom Otsutsuki and Nagato Level Rinnegan ) up to a total of 4 KGs/AE.
- Should the user choose any ability that has multiple levels, the user will be able to only use that level and not lesser versions, excluding Sharingan. This means Tenseigan and Rinnegan will only be Usable in those forms and not the Byakugan or Sharingan forms.
- Should the user have a MS level or higher Doujutsu, he cannot have a second one, both eyes being of the same Doujutsu.

You must be registered for see links. You can only seek permission after obtaining a sacrifice from an official battle in the Battle Arena or Ninja World. For every additional ability, a sacrifice is needed and at least 1 month in between being able to obtain them.
- The user will only absorb the KG and thus will only get access to the canon jutsu abilities of the KG/AE as the Chimera technique absorbs the genetic material responsible for the KG and not the bio itself that has it. He will still be able to create customs for these abilities.
- KG such as the Sharingan, which can manifest in different stages, will be locked in the stage they are absorbed and cannot be evolved. In this case the user will be granted access to the unique canon techniques of that bio's Sharingan in case it has any.
- If the member drops the Hiruko bio for another bio and later wants to return to the Hiruko bio, he needs to start from scratch, with no KGs.
Restrictions:
- To make a base Hiruko bio with a Kekkei Genkei or Advanced Element, one must have reached whatever requirements are needed for that specific ability.
