Hiruko acquired four elemental kekkei genkai: Steel, Swift, Dark, and Storm Releases. Hiruko also had a section on the palm of his hand where he can literally "absorb" the technique being thrown at him, this being a dark release attribute. With dark, steel and swift natures, he was immune to ninjutsu, kenjutsu and taijutsu, respectively.

In terms of offence, Hiruko can use his Storm element to create thunderclouds with HUGE range that can electrocute his opponents or drain them of chakra. With the Swift element, he can move at superhuman speed and strike at various angles quickly, Raikage level speed- rendering all taijutsu and power-users useless against him. He can also use the bandages wrapped around him as tendrils, strong enough to slice or smash through rocks.

He has Earth Style jutsu and after absorbing Kakashi's Lightning Cutter, Hiruko gained the technique for himself, and altered it to a mid-range weapon by having the electricity jolt off to slash his distance targets. He also has Naruto's Big Ball Rasengan, and it is larger than normal, as he absorbed a mass amount produced by multiple shadow clones. Hiruko can also summon huge chimera beasts to his location.

And that means instant win? Hiruko's jutsu are bigger and a lot more powerful. Does that mean instant win?

It's clear you haven't read Hiruko's passage or looking into Hiruko's jutsu because then you would know Hiruko is a man.

Also this doesn't mean anything really. It's Orochimaru.

He'd want the sword to experiment on and learn more about jutsu. If he wanted to use it he'd just put it in one of his various gigantic snakes mouths, works for Manda. Orochimaru also has his 8 Tailed Serpent form or could create an entirely new summon/form with arms (Kabuto had them) and that's even if Orochimaru even KNEW they were gigantic tools, he could've searched for them thinking it was a normal blade considering it's just a variant of the Kusanagi blade he already owns. Hell if I were Orochimaru i'd want it JUST so that nobody else could have it.

That is such a vague use of that fact and doesn't prove that Totsuka can be carried by a normal person unless you're Tsunade or something and want to use it as a pole vault. (hyperbole) The idea that it can be used by something that isn't it's own size is a stretch at best.

The literal translation of Totsuka Blade is 'Ten Hands Long Sword.' IT'S A BIG SWORD. UNDERSTAND PLEASE.​
