Appearance

Hiruko was a white-haired man with red eyes dressed in an over-sized, high-collared coat wrapped with three leather straps. During his childhood, he wore a white robe and his hair was shoulder-length, and tied as a ponytail. As of the Third Shinobi World War, he was seen wearing a beige robe with red undergarments, and his hair's length has reached to his hips.

By the time he declared a Fourth Shinobi World War against the world, he took on a youthful appearance, despite being actually closer in age to the Sannin, due to the modifications he made on himself. Most of his body was covered in bandages, including his mouth and arms, revealing only the upper half of his face and hair. By taking some of his bandages off he can use them to attack. Due to the many body modifications made for his Chimera Technique, Hiruko had a stitched scar on the left side of his chest, which is hollowed out in order to make room for assimilating Kakashi into his own body; he also had a heavily emaciated look, the whites of his eyes inverted, and his stitch-patterned mouth looks like those found on rag dolls.

Personality

After giving up his dreams of starting the 4th Great Shinobi War, Hiruko became inactive as he spent his remaining days in Kumogakure. He still loves to see the full capabilities of KG users he faces in battle, sometimes giving into his old ways, and will even resort to killing his opponents in order to steal their KG. Hiruko is a smart ass who loves to play around with his opponents, especially the ones he plans to capture alive. Outside of battle Hiruko barely talks.

Background Information
History
Background
A contemporary and former friend of the Sannin, Hiruko wished to become a strong shinobi, yet was born with no natural special abilities. To overcome this disadvantage, he developed the Chimera Technique, a kinjutsu which would allow him to obtain the kekkei genkai of other ninja by fusing their bodies with his own. Some time after the Third Shinobi World War, Hiruko's research and findings on the technique were discovered. He claimed the Third Hokage ordered the Sannin to assassinate him, forcing him to leave the village as a missing-nin.

Inheritors of the Will of Fire
Dozens of years later, ninja possessing kekkei genkai begin disappearing from Kumogakure, Iwagakure, Kirigakure, and Sunagakure, leaving Konohagakure as the suspect and prompting rumours that they are preparing to rebel against the Land of Fire. While on a mission flying over Mount Shami, Sai fell under attack from a mysterious, bird-like monster. Team Kakashi soon arrived to rescue him, but encounter wolf-like monsters, and Naruto was injured in the struggle to escape.

When Konoha Anbu are dispatched to investigate, they encountered Hiruko and his followers, Ichi, Ni, and San. Hiruko reassured his followers that there's nothing to worry about, then quickly dispatched the Anbu squad with his chakra inhaling technique, absorbing their Earth-nature chakra and using it manipulate the mountain itself, crushing them.

With the other nations amassing troops on the borders of the Land of Fire and threatening to invade, Hiruko used a genjutsu to project his image in the skies over Konoha and delivered a message, announcing that he intended to obtain the kekkei genkai of the Land of Fire, becoming immortal, and virtually invincible. With the combined power of kekkei genkai from all Five Great Nations, he planned to start a Fourth Shinobi World War and rule over the world. Knowing that the Chimera Technique cannot fully absorb all of the kekkei genkai, Hiruko revealed (as Kakashi and Tsunade discovered) that he needed to absorb a fifth kekkei genkai: the Sharingan which Kakashi received from his late friend, Obito Uchiha, who he has marked with the Puppet Curse when he met Kakashi during the Third Shinobi World War.

In order to carry out the rest of his goals, Hiruko has been biding time so that he can draw power from the Sun's corona during a solar eclipse, which was then rapidly approaching. This being so, he activated the Puppet Curse and led Kakashi towards Mount Shumisen, where he will conduct the ritual.

Hiruko actually succeeded in assimilating four of the five kekkei genkai from four other shinobi, but while in the process of assimilating Kakashi, the technique used on him by Tsunade activated, and would have destroyed Hiruko if not for Naruto's timely intervention to save and detach Kakashi from him. Hiruko proceeded to fight Naruto and Kakashi, absorbing their techniques and using it against them. Only when Naruto used Wind Release: Rasenshuriken, which Hiruko is unable to replicate, due to its highly complex combination of shape and nature manipulation, Hiruko was defeated. He exchanged a few words on becoming perfect alone and connecting with his comrades with Kakashi, before dying.

Elements

Earth Specialist
Over time, Hiruko became more versatile and adept in the use of Doton jutsu as he gained experience in the art. This allows him to utilize all earth techniques with only 1 hand seal during battle. Due to his hard work and training, he can also access higher levels of Earth Style ninjutsu that requires a specialty in the field. Earth style is usually the go to element of Hiruko in battle, whether it be in a sticky situation or used in order to gain an advantage over his opponent during combat.

Lightning Expert
Not on the same level as his earth ninjutsu, Hiruko also has an adept skill level when it comes to performing Lightning Style ninjutsu. He can perform hand seals for raiton jutsu at a faster rate than a normal ninja without a specialty in raiton. Hiruko is a force to be reckoned with when using lightning style ninjutsu.

Taijutsu

Taijutsu Specialist
Due to the intense physical body training taijutsu lessons, Hiruko has grown a lean body structure and has become slightly faster than a ninja who holds his same rank. Raising his bodies physical health, and through multiple fast pace hand to hand battles, Hiruko was able to build up a quicker reaction time allowing him to act faster than ninjas of his same rank and lower.

MSD: Specialty
Specialists of Misleading Sword Dance have mastered the art of spinning with their body to the point in which they have more control and less exploits than a normal practitioner. Specialists retain awareness of their surroundings while twirling and can twirl at high speeds on the ground and in the air without the effects of vertigo due to the fact that they constantly repeated these movements over their time of training in this art allowing their brain to become use to those movements by the time they become a specialist. With the skill of swift twirls also comes the knowledge of stopping their body. Specialists of this art also has the ability to instantly stop in the midst of high speed twirling.


Fūinjutsu

Contract Seals
Hiruko has three Toad tattoos evenly spaced around his right forearm. Each tattoo is 3 inches long and they all resemble a totem but with different characteristics. Starting from the top of the wrist and extending 3in back is the tattoo for Gamachu, Hiruko's go-to toad summon when fighting a close range battle. Starting on the part of the forearm facing the other arm is another tattoo but that one is for the elder sage Fukasaku. Fukasaku is Hiruko's ace in the whole, only being called when facing off against a fairly tough opponent. The last tattoo starting on the part of the wrist that faces outwards is the tattoo for Gamakichi, Hiruko utilizing his ability to create various combination with the summoner.

Sealed Techniques
Being the Fūinjutsu prodigy that he is, Hiruko has many techniques he created himself that deals with ninja Fūin tools, pre written scrolls, and kanji stored on his body or in his jacket before battle. When it comes to Sealing Art: Repulse, Hiruko always has the fire version equipped before his 1st battle. There are two sealing marks for Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation located on Hiruko's vambraces, one on each, which store a variety of ninja tools that he has access too. The left seal has an explosive theme and it is filled with 20 explosive wrapped kunai and 10 explosive tagged fuma shuriken, 1 one each blade on both sides meaning a total of 8 tags per fuma shuriken. In the right seal there is a wire theme and it is filled with 10 wired shuriken, kunai, and fuma shuriken that detach with a simple tug. Preventing the lucky shinobi that one day may defeat Hiruko from stealing his body he had the Reverse Four Symbols Seal placed on his body in order to keep his villages secretes safe from outsiders who may have captured his body.

Description: This is a special two way seal, that can be created by writing the formula on your body and then injecting either Fire or Earth chakra into it where it then lays dormant on the body, turning invisible, until activated. Once the user has been engaged within close range with an enemy that attempts to inject chakra within the users body through taijutsu the seal will activate on the users body, appearing around the initial area of contact, absorbing the injected chakra into it while injecting the opponent's body part with either Fire or Earth chakra. The user still takes the full hit of the taijutsu attack, but with one hand seal from the user, the opponent will either feel an extreme burning feeling in their joints as they attempt to move them or an extreme stiffness depending on the chakra placed in the seal. This prevents the opponent from performing any hand seals in their next turn. This seal can only absorb up to B ranked chakra at once, and only one type of chakra seal can be place on the body. The seal can activate up to three separate times throughout the battle, through 3 separate B ranked chakra injecting taijutsu moves, where the sealing formula then breaks and fades. The user will not be able to create the seal again until the battle is over.

Note: Seal activates 3x before disappearing.

(Fuuinjutsu: Mizu No Kami No Shirushi) — Sealing Arts: Seal of the Water God

Description: The seal of the Water God is a special seal developed for the purpose to aid the user in tough situations. The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes:

— Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times.

— Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. The rank of the combo is equal to rank of the elemental technique used although becoming a dual elemental technique. Can be used 2 times.

— Touch of Drought: The user will manifest the seal in both his hands and absorb any nearby moisture or water into the seal in a mere moment. This can be used to negate weather patterns such as clouds or mist but also to make it harder to breathe or to drain water sources. This can also be used to, upon touching an enemy, induce a temporary dehydration to the enemy, making him stumble and lose focus as well as stamina and strength, as he feels dizzy and weak. The effects last one turn. Can be used 2 times.

Note: Absorbing a technique counts as a move and can only be done 3 times. Cannot absorb more than one at a time.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers.

Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks.
(Kekkaijutsu: Kare Kyūden) — Barrier Technique: Withering Palace

Description: On the user's limbs there are five different colored seals bearing the kanji, 宮, for palace. Each colored seal represents a different element, and four sets are placed on the user's skin (one on each of the arms and legs). When an attack approaches the user, they will focus densely molded chakra over the entirety of the desired limb. This allows the user to make contact with a technique without harming themselves in the process. Upon contact, the user further focuses chakra into one or a combination of seals (up to two), releasing the chakra within. Each seal releases a separate basic elemental chakra, infusing the barrier with said element(s). The chakra transfers from the user arms and rapidly forms around the entirety of the incoming technique, mixing with the released chakra from the seal. The released barrier forms around the whole object all at once, and does not gradually expand to cover the technique. Immediately upon forming around the technique, the barrier is then compressed into the size of a marble and implodes, destroying the technique within it. This can also be used on solid objects with the same effect, such as boulders, structures on the battlefield, etc. The user is also capable of using two separate barriers at the same time (one from each hand at A-rank strength). This could enhance their ability to defend from certain techniques that approach from separate directions. However, this also counts as two usages of the technique.

Thanks, and trust me I have thought about it but then i'd probably have to fight UM with a hax bio like MS which isn't easy at all
