[Discussion] Hiro pulling a naruto/sasuke with natsu and gray?

I've been seeing on tumblr and twitter people talking about how gray might fall to the dark side or natsu and gray are gonna have like a fight to the death
I think that would just be ridiculous cos gray has no reason to fall to the dark side and natsu will never agree to fight gray to the death
I used to think this'll happen with natsu and gajeel instead
I think they could fight but on friendly terms
What do u guys think

I hope not, but ever since the last arc; that seems like how it's going. Especially with Gray wanting to kill END and Natsu being END....Then with FT being "under construction" I'm not sure how Hiro is going to progress things...

Natsu is E.N.D. So I think Zeref is going to do some crazy manipulation to force a fight like that. Zeref pretty much negs anything now but Natsu can kill Zeref as that's why he was created which is...weird. If anything Gray will come and try to stop a rampage Natsu, Natsu sees the light again, goes on to destroy Zeref. But Gray is not going to pull off a "viva la revolution" though :leaf:

I can see it starting off as a fight to the death after gray finds out that natsu is end but they won't go through with at least not as far as auto and sasuke they won't fatally wound each other or natsu will refuse to fight a close friend like luffy did did and the one panel him

It will ruin the entire plot for this arc in my op.
gray would find a way to stop END's rampage after killing zeref and somehow he freezes natsu with his power.

I found it very plausible for Gray vs Natsu. Gray has motif to kill END and Natsu is END.

its extremely plausible. we dont know exactly how natsu will become end.
the answers lie in that book, which could very well corrupt his mind and someone will have to knock sense into him.
