Background Info.
History: Born during the Third Shinobi World War. Hira's mother worked In a small dumpling shop and his uncles were followers of Yahiko. Hira never knew his father his mother who was still young at the time of his birth used to tell him stories of how his father was a powerful ninja from the Land of Fire. Such boast quickly ended during the Reign Of Pain, as intruders and foreigners were frowned upon equally. Any who spoke out against Pain simply vanished or was never heard from again.
After Hira's mother disappeared, he decided to leave Amegakure in search of his father in the Land of Fire. With only basic knowledge of ninjutsu he packed all his belonging in a back pack and set out on his new journey...
