I would be surprised if he hasn't he's had his sharingan out the whole time and Tobirama and Minato have been using it. It's extremely useful. I would assume Kakashi and Madara would copy it too. Obito doesn't need to because he has kamui though

My theory is that Sasuke's rinnegan works similar to Izanagi, the ability to turn imagination into reality, except he has a wider control of the imagination, such he can imagine himself away from madara lightning attack, or he can imagine the sword piercing madara.

Similar to the sages power, creation of all things. There also might be some drawbacks to this tech such as time limits
