I thought her eyes transformed because many byakugans were sacrificed before and it needs the Byakugan of a main Hyuuga to finish the process of the Tenseigan Altar, because from what you are trying to tell me I guess every main hyuuga has Hamura's chakra :|

The byakugans that are sacrificed were used to create a habitable environment for the ootsutsuki as well as to create a weapon of mass destruction.

Kaguya didn't have the tenseigan despite having the requirements met, while Hamura unlocked it later on in his life, which suggests it works similar to the MS in that it mustn't be awakened but not everyone can achieve it

Nope, as I said before, it was never ONCE even implied that all Hyuuga are born with hamura's chakra. That doesn't even make any sense, as uzumaki/uchiha/senju aren't born with hagoromo's chakra either. Only moment where someone is born with an ancestor's chakra is when they are transmigrants. And Hinata is obviously in no way shape or form a transmigrant hamura.

I didn't watch the Last because well.. I hate Naruto Movies but there are 2 Groups of people saying something different on the outcome with Hinata's meeting with Hamura.

Group 1- After talking to Hamura she required his Chakra in order to destroy the Tenseigan Altar

Group 2- After talking to Hamura Hinata finds out that she always possesed Hamura's Chakra, since she is Main Hyuuga.

The reason why I ask is because if Option 2 is true than Hinata's so called "power up" isn't a power up since she possesed the chakra from the start. But either way Option 1 seems more logical because I can't see someone losing to other Hyuuga if the person is in possesion of Chakra this powerful, but then again like Ashura's Chakra her Hamura Chakra may just had too bloom or something?

It turn out Hinata is a direct descendant of Hamura like Naruto is a direct descendant of Hagoromo. The movie is canon so She dose carry Hamura chakra in Her thus the tittle of Byakugan Princess as Naruto carries the Tittle of Child of Prophecy.

I believe that Hinata gained the chakra of Hamura when she met with him in the ruins. It's unclear to me if she's supposed to be a descendant or just blessed with the chakra to destroy the Tenseigan. Still the requirements were met in the moment she received her new power. So in the future it could be developed on it's own naturally. Similarly to Marada, when he naturally awakened the Rinnegan near his death.
In the movie Toneri used the cultivation of 300 eyes to form the Tenseigan weapon, and nothing more. His eyes were surgically implanted and forced into the conversion. That's at least what I took from it. The pulsations from the forced conversion, was the product of his own doing.
It maybe just me thinking this, and that's okay. Yet, her new power should boost her to high Kage class, and when/if she awakens the Tenseigan, she'll be mid God level. With Hamura's chakra awakened in her, she's quite powerful on her own.

Problem is that as far I remember Hinata didn't use her chakra visibly in the movie before this...so we can't tell if the color went through a change or Sp were just being accurate to canon since her chakra was already supposed to be purple.

For her move...we don't know if that is just a skill she developed over the 2 year time-skip.

And for a person who received a power boost from Hagoromo's brother...she didn't really show vast improvement.
