Simply giving her chakra won't do anything, it's the bloodline that matters. In other words, Naruto and Hinata would have to have a child together, and if the genes from the Senju Clan within Naruto aren't too diluted, and the Byakugan is truly related to the Sharingan then there's a chance that their child would inherit the Rinnegan. Other than that, I don't see it happenin'.

And BTW I read somewhere that when asked what new developments we will get to see in Naruto Series in 2013.... Kishi said its going to be something related to the Hyuga Clan....
