By the end of the film Toneri sucks out Naruto's chakra and he reverts back to base on his knees. But Hinata gives him enough chakra to activate BSM again and she does it without a problem.

So apparently she got a lot of chakra from Hamura. More so than the chakra Naruto gave her in the war.
