Why would she use blades and inflict outer pain(Which can be blocked easily) when she could use gentle fist and inflict inner pain(which is impossible block and the only way to defend against it is to dodge the attacks altogether)

I really like how the Hyuga clan fight without any weapons. But, to me, it would certainly be interesting to see a clan member, such as Hinata, use element wielding weapons. ^^

She would be really good with long range weapons like bow and arrow. With her Byakugan's 10km radius reach, she would easily spot and take out a target unseen.

Well a Hyuga does have some medical characteristic since the gentle fist can give and take chakra depending on what the user wants to do

yea but it could give more diversity to her arsenal, she could increase her skill in close combat by adding more attacks and styles of combat. But what she really needs is moar long range justu and giant lion fist that act like a sushanoo. And wrap around her.
